Agape Food Bank

The goal of the Agape food bank has always been to feed the hungry. The Agape Food Bank continues to grow and last year provided more than 3.1 million lbs. of food to the needy in Polk, Highlands, and Hardee counties. Food bank membership has increased by approximately 10%. Businesses supporting the food bank with food donations also steadily increased. New company partnerships will enable Agape to provide an even greater selection of meats, deli, and diary products to our clients. Agape continues to provide direct support for disaster response in Central Florida by functioning as the central point of storage and distribution for disaster relief food for CCCF. Agape Food Bank distributed 11,000 lbs. of ready-to-eat meals to those devastated.
